Model : AngelaMore IR + Angela! ... I think this may be the last IR + angela pic I'll be submitting..well maaaaybe 1 more, but I'll be submitting some color pics next up. Theres just something about this one I really like.. the angle? the shades? the expression? ... maybe the combination of all those, plus the focus on this is really sharp, even the individual hairs are in clear. Gotta love those eyes... I wonder what she's thinking about???

This is such an awesome shot.. I did a brief shoot with her 2 weeks ago when she auditioned for a fashion show. Which camera did you use?

definetly love the eyes.. i love you and roley chiu's photographs and style.. i'd like to try and do something like it (imitate i guess).. but i don't really know anyone
guess i could ask friends to be models, but it'd be kinda wierd.. and i'm not so creative these days.
maybe i'll be inspired for something from your work if i keep looking..

I sold my F717

ya.. same here, I sold mine too, .... and bought a new lens with the money. hmm it's harder to get the same effect with an IR filter on the 10D ....
with the 717.. I just shot normally... but with dslr.. I think you'd have to use bulb mode for more than 30seconds in order to get the same effect.

Yea... IR filter with my "then" sony F717 in nightshot mode, during the day... worked awesomely!

hahaha.. ya.. the filter is really fun to play with... but it's pretty damn steep (in price).

This is the best shot of Angela so far. As you said its so sharp you can see individual hairs. The blured forest created a good depth in the image helping me feeling even closer to her. The direction in the image is good with her looking slightly diagonal into it. Well Im out of big words so the more childish ones will have to do. She looks as sweet as candy. And I don't mean that regular candy, I mean the really sweet ones that melt on your tounge.
