Yes, ladies and germs, Magical Gothic Maiden Laura's Final Transformation.
Perfect Level allows Miss Laura a wide range of Physical, Mental, and Combination Attacks that previous levels had no access to, namely Storm of Feathers, Lace And Leather (A Mental Attack), and a variation of an older Physical Attack "Here I come and Get It!" called Sexual Dysfunction (DON'T ask).
It also means her flying ability is limitless and she can now pull partial transformations (Read: Turn into other people) at will.
There's a lot more, but I haven't throughly thought it out yet.
But I gotta tell ya, this was a LOT of fun to render!

The hardest part of this image was the overhead light.
It took me a while to figure out that it was too low to allow for any overhead illumination.
Once I figured that out, the rest of the image was, as a wise man once said, "a freakin' breeze!"
