haha, alright man. You're crosshatching is good, practice will get you where you need to be. But what will make this piece look a ton better, is if you had some solid blacks. Like, at your darkest areas dont be afraid to just have an edge of straight black, then work out the crosshatching from there.
Another thing is, I mean with the eyes it looks fine, but generally you should never outline a highlight, you shade upto the area and then just leave the rest white. so what Im saying is shade very lightly around your highlights, no outlining them.
