It's pretty heavily armed. Seems geared for short range, but it has a powerful long range option usable at short range. I rate it: formidable.

that's pretty awesome, the Mad Dog/Vulture is one of my favorites, even if i don't remember the mk IV

The Mk IV is the newest member of the family, introduced c3135 or so. It's only very recently seen publication
