Dead Debbie is the poltergeist that haunts Hemlock facility Library and terrorizes each and every GSSP division agent to set foot inside of it in search of knowledge and lore.
Found dead on the floor of the library with signs of asphyxiation from drowning, nobody is really quite sure where she came from or the circumstances of her death.
After August Wickens, a new agent in the GSSP offers to prove herself to honors by banishing Dead Debbie from the library the two develop a friendship, and in exchange for her help in warding off other ghosts on the job, August carries Debbie's spirit around inside of an Anne Frank Hardcover helping her uncover the mystery of her passing.
