Oh, GOSH this sucks! Excuse the horrible "editing" and use of effects. I suck with brushes; I couldn't even follow a damn tutorial. What the hell is wrong with me?!
Editing comics/pics is SO much harder than editing videos. It really sucks that I lost my ability to do that... I did my best to physically recreate each scene presented here. Some of the poses are a little off, but it's not really all that easy to get 100%.
I also had to cut some parts out or the page would end up too long and thus, problems here, and with my editing program(s), would have occurred. In order for you to get a better idea of this, I think I'm going to turn this page into a youtube video. [Not MMD, unfortunately, as I do not know how to do those.] But...that will come after I've taken care of a few other things. For now, this will have to suffice - despite how horrible it came out.
*Note* - The parts with faded pics are supposed to be like quick flashes. It's hard to demonstrate moments like that with pictures.
I DID use the same effects I've used for the other "Awakening" projects. They just didn't look or come out as well for some parts.
I'm sorry. I had to upload something as I am currently stuck on an effect for "Now or Never".

What? It's true. I couldn't even follow a freakin' tutorial to make GIMP work so I could properly recreate the defeat of Xemnas and Saix. I had to improvise and create a [petty] alternate.
I'm sorry if my self-demeaning is annoying. It's just how I honestly feel. It took forever to become skilled enough with video editing, which I eventually sucked at again anyway after years of improvement. But, for some reason, picture editing is MUCH more difficult for me.

i feel really stupid for asking : but what is this? Its the story of the KH games in one comic page, but the timeline is kinda off because the flashback with Roxas and the Sora/Hayner thing happens after the Xemnas battle. Don't get me wrong, i really liked it, i might even favorite, but i don't understand the purpose behind it. And since it seems like there'll be more parts, i'd like to understand it

lol. It's actually my own idea for a Kingdom Hearts film. The events of this story take place between KHII and KHIII.
There's a reason the events are out of order. I just don't want to say too much because, in case it isn't already obvious to some people, I don't want to ruin it. I also have a poster right here: deadfantasyfreak.deviantart.co… I made it, like...2 years ago, I think? I've also posted numerous pics of moments in the story in my gallery.
Anyway, page 2 will make a lot more sense. I was trying to imitate the Kingdom Hearts games as well by creating a somewhat confusing and imaginative opening.
lol. You couldn't tell I used your Organization XIII models? Marluxia, to be specific. At least...I'm pretty sure that one's yours. It might actually belong to CaxceberXVI, but I credited her anyway since a few stages I used belong to her.

Dang... I really need help with an effect in order to update my other comic. And I can't quite find the tutorial I need on youtube. I used GIMP for some of these, but I think my brushes are messed up and don't work properly. That's one reason why I couldn't follow Kohaku's tutorial completely - GIMP, technically, wouldn't let me.

She kind of lost me at the 7th panel, talking about skin color and all of that with the brushes. Of course, the step before that with the eraser didn't work right either. That's where things REALLY started to go awry. I've used GIMP well enough before, but usually only for coloring, shading, and lighting - and it's really only come out well one time. This, for some reason, just didn't go as hoped at all.

hm odd. I just tried it really quick and it worked fine for me.
well you just select the brushes you want. The shape you want the fade thing to happen in. then you just erase bits of the model in that brush. Then you use the tool that can select colours from the picture (i don't know what its called in english, in gimp its next to the magnifying glass) Wiht that you select the skin tone, clothes and whatever. The parts you erased before. And then you stamp it with the brush next to the model. Like its floating away

lol. It just would have looked better if I actually knew how to use ANY of the editing programs I have. The best I do with is photoscape - but I probably still haven't fully realized what it can do.
