In this "room" Hugo's has power to spatially manipulate anything within the territory in what is described as a "surgical" manner. He's also a capable of spatial telekinesis, as well as swap-teleportation.

Bio: Hugo is MY HERO ACADEMIA story of Wonderful deuteragonist. Hugo's dream at first was to be a doctor, because he thought they were real heroes, because they continue to save people's lives. But when Hugo saw many doctors bill unreasonable bills for treatment, and the fact that doctors did not treat homeless and foreigners, he was angry and found the head of the hospital for the good that the director and other doctors did not care for free, and denied treating every patient equally. Hugo decided to become a pro hero, in order to set up your own hero agency, kind of hospital like. How he could treat and cure homeless, foreigners for free. (and put other hospitals bankrupt, and their doctors unemployed) Hugo is so casual that everyone thinks that he just slack in school. But he is a recommended student in the class 1-A, because he constantly gets good numbers from exams and subjects.
