Personality: Friendly and talkative, although he is still young and immature. He doesn't know how to control his emotions, and if teased or put under stress, he can lash out and become violent. Will make decisions without thinking or what consequences they entail

Strengths:
>Overall strong- powerful for his size
>Dangerously sharp claws and teeth
>Thick hide
Weaknesses:
>Clumsy- Will randomly and sporadically trip over himself
>Breathing Difficulties- It takes him a long time to recover from running/sprinting/etc. And if he is unable to rest and regain his breath, he'll suffer from intense headaches
>A previous injury of his back left leg- Walks with a visible limp and if he strains it at all, he'll be unable to use it for a few hours

When you say he is "powerful and strong", what do you mean? We are assuming that you are simply referring to the fact that wolverines are stronger than their size suggests, but we're not entirely sure.
We highly doubt that a wolverine would be an unskilled fighter. Even if he were something less fierce, it still wouldn't count as a weakness- the average creature doesn't have much experience with combat.
Being immature and rash is more of a personality flaw than an actual weakness, so it cannot be counted.
In short, you need to replace two weaknesses and clarify one of your strengths. Beyond those issues, everything seems to check out.
