I did up two versions - Daylight and Overcast. I'm curious to know what your guys prefer?This is the first ever Anime I saw. I remember walking into Rogers Video in Grade 7 and seeing this crazy cover of Kaneda holding this massive weapon and his bike. I had to grab it just from the cover alone. I have to admit, the violence was hard to take in at that age but I was immediately desensitized after watching it a few hundred times!

This is nice too, I like the overcast version a bit more though, only cause I think it fits more with the gloomy Akira universe.

Yeah I think everyone agrees that the yellow pops out a lot more but the Overcast version really depicts the mood of a destructive aftermath.

I prefer this one. The sun casts a great moody shadow. Also makes the red/greens beautiful.

definitely prefer this version. Colour palette complements the bike better.
For me, Neon Genesis Evangelion introduced me to anime, but once I knew I liked it I started to look for the best. Akira blew me away.
