Ahaha I don't consider myself to be a great writer. 
I think in the beginning Moira is asking about some sort of affair of hers. Like if Anna had made reservations for breakfast in the morning or the like. 
Anna says "of course mam'n!" and Moira says something like "oh good" and relaxes. 
Then I'm not sure! Maybe Ms. Anna is taking her gloves off to give Moira a back rub or up to something more sinister!
