I used this deviation in my journal. (I hope that's ok!) If you'd like to see it, you can click here: [link]

This is the second time I've seen you use somebody else's idea without attribution. KaminekoCat's Fall 2: [link]

Give me a break! They're two completely different concepts! Unless "Fall" is a concept?

True. But even though itβs the righteous thing to do, DA policy doesnβt require him to link to the other artist. It is encouraged, but not mandatory. Even though that may not be the case here, there's always the possibility that it may just be a coincidence. This is why DA allows copying.

Big pile of leaves is a concept, yes, and he's already admited to getting it from KaminekoCat. Not to mention that he commented on KC's Fall emos in his most recent journal. I'm not saying he ripped her emote, but he most definitely got the idea from her and it's only decent that he link her in his description.
The fact that this is not the first time he's been studiously silent on the source of his inspiration only compounds the lapse, imo.

I've read your journal and your explanation seems less than plausible to me, especially since KC's work is right there above your recent edit and you actually did link to Ingo the last time the issue was brought to your attention. Still, the odds aren't zero, I suppose. I've expressed my concerns. I'll leave you to your little business.
