Finally, I drew a portrait I like again!
As always the scanner ate some of the shading but it's not as bad as usually so I'm happy. :)

Pretty good for copying from a digital image, the left side of the face poofs out more than the oringal photo and I have reviewed both of the images more than once, eyes seem kinda large which is odd from the amount of light you put on certian spots the eyes usually go smaller with a lot of light near the face. I understand why you added more shading to it and kinda changed the way the hair is and it's shine but the background seems far to bright for how dark she is behind her hand,face and her hair. The person in the photo makes a nice model feel. But hey nothings stopping you other than realistic thinking for certian problems on your portraits.

You did a lovely job on this. (: The shading is fantastic. Her face seems so real. I love the way you drew her eyes and mouth. They really make the whole picture, in my opinion.
