Gah making backgrounds for full body pics is such a mess.
Either you make a full landscape background which takes ages and usually look shitty in the end or you make something simple that looks just like everything else you've ever done[unless you're different than me and aren't too lazy to think of new things].
ANYWAY I this is Rina's new main outfit since the old one was too boring.
I like this one way better now, but I dislike my coloring [kinda bores me too] and I think she actually looks better in the background on the right site cause somehow I think more greenish eyes and the fact that you can't see her ears and all that teased hair actually makes her look really pretty. Maybe I should draw her like that once. o:Also, piercings rock.
And I still draw too many full body pics.

XP that made me giggle! I can relate! Unfortunately. I always had in my mind that lineart was the biggest schlep. But it's definately bg's. All the trial and errors and what looks right and what looks meh...
Well, she looks taller and cooler and funkier than punkier. Awesome retro version. I love her neon pink and purple striped clothing ensemble and the leopard skin tights. Wow. Can't see many character pulling them off oh-so-fashionably.
Heh, I noticed those piercings. Adds a touch of being hardcore... but she still seems like funky Rina we all know and love at the same time so it's a great fashion add on, which again, works well!
You worked the background really well. It's really original actually. More so than a landscape (yeah, landscapes are my cheap hat trick and they're all the same but ppl always comment 'WOW OMG LOVE THE BG!!!orz!11
Anyway, you can appreciate the bg and yet the central figure is still in focus. The bg has a bit of a pop art feel and I love the graniness and slight colour variation. I, too, like the colour variation from blue to green.
I'm also taken aback by the rainbow braids. Makes me wonder what a bg full of magnified braids would've looked like ...

It looks so awsome,Rina's new design is so cool and it fits her personality,I especially like the diamond on her shorts and her pink zebra hoodie looks awsum,I've been looking for those kinds of hoodies,they look awsum,but can't find any >_>
Gawd Rina's hair so much style,love her rainbowish part of hair.I like the way you shade her hair,it looks cool and realistic,though I also like the way you shaded her hair in your pic "bitch".
It gives her hair a sort of teased hair and it looked great all black,made her colored hair stand out moar,but that's just meh xD
The background looks so cool,Rina looks so awsome in the background,it looks like it has som kind of texture,makes it look moar shineeh.
Overall,it's a great design,she's got a lot of style and the colors are wonderful C:

I liked the hair in the 'Bitch' pic too, but since this is a ref I think it should be possible to see the details, and when it's all black you can't see them. (:
