This is my second completed custom, Derpy Hooves! I'm a huge fan of Derpy, so I was happy to complete a custom of her for my collection.
I didn't want her eyes to be too ridiculous but still have the classic walleyed derp, so I compromised. Truth be told, I used ~saucycustoms 's Derpy as a reference, ha! ^u^ Keep shining, hon!
The cutie mark blended in with her coat a little more than I intended. My next Derpy will have a lighter CM.
Her base was a Rainbow Dash, and her hair was actually taken from two Applejack toys (it took one and a quarter AJ manes to rehair Derpy's mane! I ended up adding quite a few extra plugs just to make her hair look fuller). She was painted with acrylics and sealed with satin varnish.

I'm going to have to say no to requests :C My drawing to do list is quite long and if I take requests they would be at the very bottom of it. I say no because I worry I'd never get to them!
Commissions on the other hand I'm considering accepting. I've never had anyone express interest! ;3; I don't plan on charging much for them.

Craft Smart Satin Varnish. It's worked great for me! Sometimes it's a liiiiittle sticky but after it dries completely it feels fine. Two coats does the trick!
[link] It looks exactly like the bottle on the far right except, y'know, it says satin instead of matte. I got it for like $1 at Michaels :>
