Ok you did alot right, and not much wrong. which most people do alot wrong.
Always remember this, clowns (not all the time but they do now) always put make-up on the lower lip only.
and make sure your eye brows are even till then every thing is great

kk, some more advice the clown make-up colors are red, white, black, and blue.
avoid too bold and bright colors because that would scare children, we don't want that

I'm just a theatre student who loves the circus lol. When I'm bored I do makeup and it usually ends up being some kind of clown or other.

I've thought about clowning and I might look into it when I'm older. Ringling's school is in my state, so yeah. It's a big possibility I get into it. I'll check out the Ringling movie later, thanks!

I'm going to go head and say it. Ringling shut down their school in 1997. You wanna go learn elsewhere, but you can submit and audition tape and still be a clown. I got accepted but I couldn't go.

Good luck to you,I hope you get in. Last bit of advice would be learn some unusual talents. I knew this one guy who was apart of the Sardine family circus and he could walk up a ladder that was balancing on nothing and ride a 12ft unicycle. lol

lol someone once tried to hire me for an adult party, I'm a clown that makes people laugh and make memories so i didnt do it, but it still funny that they tried

adult clowns make alot more money, but REAL clowns never do it for the money. I love this, every time I do a show i only keep 25%, the rest is for charity

That's how it should be with lots of artistic work. If you love what you do, you don't need the money. Other people need it more than you. Very nice.
