A picture I have musing over ever since "What Giant Monster Are You Contest." My original thumbnails featured merely Deadpool R Us duking it out with Ren's creation, RenDragonClaw [link] mainly for fun but even more so because even though the creature gave us the inspiration for the contest, it had barely been seen since. Unfortunately the idea drifted in and out of completion and by the time I got around to wanting to finish it, the contest had long since been over and I was surprisingly made the winner (ironic since I was the one who originally gave Ren the idea for the contest to begin with).Fortunately inspiration hit me yet again. Since Deadpool R Us had been deemed the winner and I absolutely loved the concepts around the second and third place winners creations, I decided that I giant monster mash was in order, with Deadpool R Us putting the smack down on his closest competition in the contest. Hope no one featured in this feels hurt about this?

Awesome. this is a very cool piece. you know Ren's contest was one of the most influential contests ive seen here on DA. i mean not only did you guys make new kaijus but you actually kept on using them. you as well as others have stuck with your creations since. anyway this piece is really cool. the detail is superb. its also good to see new pieces from you. its been awhile since you posted something. really awesome job

Ah, sweet info! I'm actually an inker, though not an experienced one. I was just wondering if there was a kaiju sketch you had that I may try to ink for practice. I've got one or two inked pics in my gallery, though that's about it atm.

TIPS?? Never really known any myself so I have none really to share. Though I do remember one tip someone told, "Always remember where your lighting is" its helped me.

This is really unexpected and really cool all the same. I didn't think anyone would bring up that crazy scorpion again (though I really should anyway). Its nice to see all the 'winners' so to speak smacking it up there. Deadpool R Us probably thought that emotional scene was just too sappy and decided to lulz it up. Everything from Jazon's 19th trying to grasp at him to Arlo knocked prone to the Dragon's Claw getting knocked sideways from DP's "out the way!" expression there is just marvelous chaos.
