..and he won again and again and again...I drew this last October. The 26th, to be precise, which also happens to be Winter's bday cuz this was the first pic I ever drew of her. Hence the stiffness in her expression and pose. I really reeeaaallly love the way the rabbit came out...He was modeled after my stuffed rabbit cuz I didn't know what else to do for the character design.
so yeah..Nascar bunny-man. num-nums.

If you could do a background, say the grandstand and his car at pit stop, I say it would be even greater. But maybe not, for the characters alone tell the whole story.

how did you achieve the shine effect on his helmet visor?

with a 50% cool grey prisma ( at least i think it's 50%..prolly higher..) i started on the farther side of the helmet (by his hand) and quickly dragged it across the space of the visor, so that the end of the drag makes the whole fading effect. I also added a few touches with a white gel pen. =3
