I like the idea of this boss battle, it seems like a combination of Avion and Gaius gameplaywise.
I could see the player having to climb onto the cliffs and make this Colossus
(I'll just call him Γgir / Aegir from now on, after the Norse JΓΆtunn-God of the sea)
approach the cliffs from far out in the water with his bow.
Then make Γgir grab the cliff so that the player can climb onto his hand and arm, then stab him where-ever his weak-points are.
If the player then falls off, Γgir would then start walking back out into the sea and the process of luring him back to the cliffs would begin again.
