my OC Lenard (Lenny for short). I don't like posting traditional stuff but I like how he turned out and plan on coloring him whenever I can. Stay tuned!In reality he doesn't like showing this much skin and ears+tail are just a cute prop for fun- so you won't catch him walking around like that. He does wears hoodies a lot though. Hope I can post more of my ocs soon so little time

How exactly did you get started on drawing male anatomy? I can't seem to find good references to use, as I don't want to draw overly muscular or no muscle men.

fav.me/d37hxqq I think this was the first kick, not only on male anatomy but with human anatomy in general. I never really paid attention to the basic body structure- I'd always detail face first and my body sketches would go all over the place haha. This might be a little basic, but helped me out finding my way to sketching my figures more properly. ((this might help?? fav.me/d875m7i this might help??)) As to male anatomy itself, I just kept practicing, looking for my own mistakes and looking at rl references and how other artists would draw them. I was actually VERY stubborn to break out of my comfort zone and still am a little, but I try to improve in my own pace! I also started following some art ref/help blogs on tumblr, I might note you the links if you wish. That's pretty much what I have-- it's more about trying and doing it a lot even if it doesn't look right to you in the first tries. You're always good with the stuff you draw more often because you draw them often after all. Sry for the long reply and hope it can be of some use! orz
