Well it just looks to me like the angle used to take the photo, or the way the model is, her jaw looks like she's purposefully poked it out a little more then normal. I may be wrong, maybe just reading to deep into the picture, but I thought it had a postive effect anyway!

Second: the jaw and mouth and shoulder and entire face of -me- is drawn under photoshop. If you see it looks weird, it's because i did a bad job.
