The image on the cover of macchina volume 1, also the reason I haven't updated yet today. Still working on the page, I'll get it done by the end of the night.I finished the PDFs for volume one of macchina and loaded them on lulu- I should have a proof in my hands in a few days so I can check it out. If it's good, I'm going to put the book up for preorders and purchase a few copies to sell at Otakon.

I love how the pastel colors of the sky interact with the darker, more saturated colors of the foreground. The subtle shadows are so nice, and the reflections of the apples in Cillian's boots are an amazing touch. Your winding tree texture is wonderful, and the sitting position of the braid sort of give the feeling that this is an unreplicatable moment forever frozen in time. You capture it so nicely.
