she is right, although i think the shoulders are fine this broad. what i think is that the shoulders should not be so... hunched-looking. theyre incredibly rounded, and i would lower them a little, and make the collarbone less slanted. (some slant is normal, and slightly more slant give the impression of hunching shoulders). Next time you see someone hunch their shoulders, look at how the muscles joining the neck to the shoulders act. They thicken and tighten... so if you're going for the hunched shoulder look here, you could leave them where tey are and join them with the neck with some muscles. best advice for that is to use someone as an example/model thing.

I like the eye alot though! and how the head is turning out too

erm...hmmm...kinda looks....male-ish like. To make it more feminine make the shoulders not so broad and or slimmer.... Females shoulders tend to be 3 heads in length, meaning if you have one head [ which we do ] u can fit another head on one side, and another on the other side, anything bigger and it looks more male then not. males usually have shoulders at about 4 lengths apart, or another half a head per shoulder.... <.< >.>.... just thought I'd try to help v.v gomen nasai my critiqueing sucks,
