The shadows are a bit off considering where the sun is located (and Fluttershys wing should cause a little more shadow on her right front leg), but who cares. I fav'd it because I like the shading in here. Also really nice composition.

It's fun to see the two happily leaping off into adventure, even if Pinkie Pie may need a little help off that low peak, or like you suggest maybe not even. My guess would have been that she and Fluttershy were so wrapped up in conversation that the pegasus didn't even think to warn her of the fall. I love the way their manes and tails are reacting to what must be a nice whipping wind, and the grassy edge of the dirt tuft looks good too (and maybe not too much of a fall in any case).
Besides that I love the lighthearted feeling of it all, even with the small flaws here and there (shading is a bit weird considering the sun's position, but you've already gotten some feedback on the colors which is good because that's a weak point for me.
