Guys, it's based off the Voice Acting panel from Canterlot Gardens. This one in particular, is based off Andrea Libman bringing a young girl with her (whom i forgot her name), and she brought a filly Dash plushie with her, and was dressed up like her. They both loved to say "Yaaay~" in usion during the event...
Just a heads up. And deathpwny, maybe you should put in a little notice in the description too...
