Dimwit Dexter reference when Dexter jumping out of the bushes in his tighty whities, before running buck insane in the neighborhood. Daisy does the same before running around a zoo, she came with few friends and went crazy for unknown reasons (a random thought satirical series I did months ago of her doing crazy things to the embarrassment and shock to friends and strangers around her, LOL).

The little girl here, is named Paula from the Earthbound series.

The sign says "Fry Guys" run by chef white Shy Guys, a sounding reference to the famous "Five Guys" fast food restaurant.
