I was going to skip Lt. Surge as well, since I have a Water type and 3 Flying types. At least, until I learned that beating him is the only way to use Fly outside of battle. I ain't givin' that shit up, yo. }:<meow

Starmie's physical attack is crap - it's not gonna KO my Ivysaur anytime soon (Especially as I have Leech Seed + Sleep Powder, AKA one of the strongest attack combos next to Spore + Substitute + Belly Drum + Baton Pass)

That's not to say its physical attack is horrible though. Even if it is its worst stat, being the powerful mon that it is, it's still on par with, if not above, the attack stats of most mons you have at this point. :C

And Starmie also has the higher % to make Critical Hits.

I know, like I mentioned, I had Ivysaur AND Pikachu on my last run, and neither of them even lived long enough to get a good shot at Starmie the first few attempts. AT THE SAME LEVEL OF COURSE. And now in this Nuzlocke run, I don't even have anything super-effective against it, save for Golbat's Bite. :C
