Description

Saw a video of aquarium staff petting groupers like dogs. The fish really seemed to be enjoying it, as in they were coming up like "pet me". And this image was in my head. Sadly, this is so much prettier in real life. I used a set of pearlescent watercolors in several places which added a lovely shimmer to most of the piece.

I've started using a dark brown pen for outlining instead of black and I'm liking what it's doing so far. I think I might find a lighter brown and try that as well.
