Here is an overlate drawing for Xmas
....I'm really sorry!! I hope everyone will still appreciate the message, even if it's quite out-of-deadline 
This is also my Xmas gift for the dear , who loves Death Note (and L&Light) just like me!!

I wanted so badly to draw a peaceful Xmas scene with L and Light, but a "they-alone" scene sounded me so gloomy, since Xmas is expected to be celebrated with all your loved ones; so, what if the task force, L and Watari were invited to pass Xmas with Yagami family?....and this is the result.
My people on background are always poorly depicted, those ones are supposed to be Aizawa, Matsuda, Yagami sr., Sayu and a little portion of Mrs. Yagami (Saichiko? I don't remember her name).
Obviously, Raito and Ryuzaki tried to find a dark corner to wish each other happy Xmas
(when you see those orange fish going around in my comments, well, we're talking about a fluffy romantic scene)ps: I apologize with yaoi-haters!

heehee, it's okay, and you're welcome.. well, most of us yaoi lovers don't care if the age was 7 years apart (like Light and L) it's okay to us...unless it's a 50 year old man having yaoi with a teenager.. 
Oh yeah, Scorpio (L) and Pisces (Light) is said to be a "perfect match".. But I'ono of L X Matsuda works...

I'm a little more into Aiber/L than L/Light but I still like the pairing and I LOVE romantic fluff. This Xmas scene also moves my heart because I love the idea of the task force gathering together in a spirit of peace and good will!

I perfectly agree!!..the idea of a warm, peaceful moment of relax for the over-stressed task force made me feel a comforting emotion which went quite well with the Xmas spirit

aww that's sweet! this may sound weird but you use realism which I've seen before for Death Note but yours is the first that keeps to a "sickly-looking L". it's rather refreshing to not have him suddenly become a Abercrombie model. weird I know.
