Hey,
since the critique option is active I have a quick comment about the lighting in your piece.
First off, in general everything seems to fit together quite well. The brushes you used to create water splashes and raindrops are well placed and not overdone, giving a convincing result.
What throws me off a little is the umbrella and its lighting. I think the umbrella should be darker overall. I would say the tone should be similar to the shadows in the waves judging from the overall darkness of the scene.
Then there is the direction of light; the shadows on the waves indicate a lightsource somewhere on the top-right, outside the frame or hidden behind the clouds. Therefore the umbrella should be darker on the left side and slightly brighter on the right, as opposed to how it is now.
For the girl the lighting could be alright, it's not that noticable either way because her "structure" is more complicated.
Another comment refers to the density of the clouds. Since you removed the highlights from the clouds the sky appears to be more dense, letting almost no light shine through. The dark shadows in the waves therefore seem a bit unrealistic given there is no light that could cause them. But that is a just a detail for nitpickers.
