Description FOU (Fabric of the Universe) works imagined as a flexible, melting molding ever-changing, ever-expanding web of potentiality.

FOU Symmetry Dives take portions of original FOU hand drawings and apply symmetry to them, creating another world within the world and a new area of the FOU to explore.

This is an FOU overlay on a photomanipulation, then manipulated some more.

Ultimately derived from this original drawing:

The overall composition reminds me of a samurai warrior with the sun to his back, dressed for battle and in a crouch. I really like the powerful sense that I get from the image. Since the foreground subject is symmetrical, the asymmetrical background is a very nice touch. I'd like to see a bit less brightness in the central point of light - it seems to demand too much of my attention and draws my eye away from the rest of the image. But overall the composition and the coloring that you employed make this a very interesting image. Nicely done!

WOOOOOOOOOOW! This makes these have a completely different feel. I think the photomanipulation in the background makes it look way more otherworldly. The reason, I think is because what you chose for the background makes the drawing look as if its floating in air. Soooo cool. I am super impressed.
