It was easy when I look back!
Buying a white dress at amazon, cutting off a part, painting it with acrylic color and applying the cotton wool - done!
Then just coloring the wig and the accessoires... really, no big deal. Just try it by yourself!

Yes, of course.
Sewing gets me in that situation or raw modelling clay.

how did you make everything?im planning a large brony group for halloween, and eevryones making their own costmes based off of ones theyve seen. it would be of great help if you could tell me where to get everything to make this awesome dress

*The wig is selfmade (it was a pale blond before I started styling it! Then I colored it with Copic Markers and ink; wig bought at an ebay shop for cosplay wigs)
* The dress was originally white and a bridesmaid's goan (amazon.de), I cut and sewed it, painted the fabric with acrylic color (crafts store) and added the cotton with hot glue. Actually the whole outfit is SO HEAVY!! xD
