I'm not sure if this is supposed to go here, but I'm willing to sketch anyone's OC if they can't do it themselves. 
One quick question, do we still have to add the profile, the front, rear and side view, etc.? Or just their picture without the entire reference?

For the height, would the tallest one there be Megatron tall or Omega Supreme tall?

just think about it, very very very tall like Omega , would it be fun to play with your other OC D-cons with their commn middle size?.. i'm just giving you some thoughts....

nop, don't misunderstood the point...
Missions in text are accepted but you need only to have one drawn OC ref so when other artists can draw your OC if anyone wanted to...
but the text mission are acceptable and so fine

I kinda liked the D-Con more as an OC club.. perhaps it should be that again.. with powerpoints being removed or so.. and only the number of missions counting for the power of a decepticon. Hm?

yes the club is now with old system but with slight changes in the rules...
to count each member hundred of work, ( as we expereinced that with over 10 members) that job was almost never ends and we can't let member to count without monitoring (some will cheat for sure)
there fore we are brining new Idea of how to get started with powerpints and how you can raise it up....
it's up you, you can use your old ref but it needs to be
1) full body (no heads, no half body)
2) well drawn and clear
3) colors scheme at least must be there so forexample when admins wants to draw ur OC for any case, we won't face any hard time to find the OC colors...

why not just leveling the con with each mission he/she does? forfeiting the power-points altogether?
Maaaybe allowing members to create their own missions and then... moderating the missions? and if a certain mission is to admin's liking, level up the con.
and the missions the admins put would be worth 2-4 levels?
... wondering if you actually understand what i'm trying to explain..

is a problem for Blackshot, I made him up oh so many years ago and made it as in after effect on Armada AFTER the war was done and over-with Hotshot has a sparkling and IF I can't use Blackshot, then I mine as well leave. . . Cause even SlidingGlance is a creation of Soundwave for me Human OC~who would be the ONLY character that isn't connected to a cannon character

you are so free to choose any OC,
there are reasons for not desiring OC to be realted to canon
1) it counted as Mary-sue
2) other fans might flame at you
3) some will exploit the point and having their own advatanges as for example soundwave is her/his father and he is allowed to do some stuff (as it's not our attention to have it so)
you can have a new start with new OC if you find it so hard to use your other OC that related to canons...
