With the feathery obstructions out of the way, Tashi delivers several fierce blows to Luke, matching his strikes shot for shot. Eventually, one of their Fire Punches manages to inflict a burn that slowly saps away at Luke's stamina even more, leaving him at the mercy of the berserk Darumaka.

As lightning flashes amidst the downpour, Tashi raises their head in preparation for a Zen Headbutt that will deal the knockout strike...

This part is just one big Jojo reference. Especially that first section.
