You might be interested to know that this is a particular form of Bast known as Bast-Mut, or "Bast in Her role as Queen," found at the Temple of Mut in Karnak. She was often depicted as a woman with the head of a lion or cat wearing the double crown of Upper and Lower Egypt, or as a full bodied cat with a cobra between Her paws.
