Description Yes, this is my OWN photo, no this is not my camera. When I went to Lilli Pilli on the South Coast, I got to use my friends, Tim and Kim's 350D Canon. It was soooooooo awsome and has convinced me to get a SLR. I'm saving up right now.

Once again, it doesn't contrast enough, and in this case the dragonfy doesn't have much detail

It's better, but I was just telling Ned this when he showed me a flower photo. It's fine if you have a good subject, but the background must be good as well. All aspects of the photo should be asthetically pleasing. It's great you got a shot of a dragonfly, I've never done that, but in this case it isn't very sharp

I get what you mean about the dragonfly not being particularly sharp, but it contrasts well with the background. What were you talking about, As you said many times, a white background will make it stand out more, and that grey is about all I could get. As for the bright red dragonfly, well it's bright and it's red.

You're right, except for the wings. By the background, I meant a nice green, so that wherever I look in the photo it looks good
