Melbourne residents know about this one.Right out front of the State Library of Victoria on Swanston Street is this piece of street start. It's supposed to resemble the State Library sinking into the ground. Dunno what it means or what kinda comment it's making, but it's very popular with skateboarders and I think it looks rad.
