Description
Every now and then I hold markers workshops for my students.Today I held one for tiny teeny ones from a Secondary School.
So I asked them what they wanted me to draw and they went: Pooh.
No, I did not work on Pooh and I don't draw things I didn't work on.
So I hoped they would pick Jack Sparrow because he was fun and hoping they would not pick Thinkerbell and they fairies because they were my nightmare for almost a year (especially during the aviary flu outbreak).
In the end they picked Ariel.
Now, I never want to post the things I do for work on DA because even though the drawings are mine what I do under contract belongs to the company and I work under non-disclosure agreement (which I don't know how long it lasts so, I just think it's for ever!)... but this one I post because I did it in school and mostly because of the joke.
I told the student: okay, I'll do a tiny one.
I think they were expecting a small drawing but the drawing is quite big, it's the mermaid that got small!
Hahahahaha (then again aside from trolling them I never draw Ariel as she is because it would basically be... Ariel and the whole world knows what she looks like so one more picture of her would not make a difference in this World, hence I troll).
Anyways this was a 7 and a half minutes demo done with markers and white pen. RV11 shadow overlay, no blender.
I curse you mermaid, I will never get rid of you, you owned my life for over twenty years... give me up, already!
