It's much easier to summon help, but if you gotta do it solo, and if you have any fire resistance gear, equip it.

That boss is easy enough if you are careful though, if she looks like the spider is going to vomit lava, get out of it's face quickly! One hit might finish you if you're buried in it. Attack her from the sides. You can usually block her sword, but everything else must be avoided. If she lowers her body over the spider, then she's gonna do a big explosion. Run away! If too much lava is spread around, just run to the other side of the room, she usually stops moving to attack so will just chase you.

And don't use any fire attacks on her, she's practically immune.
