Agueiobhaegash;rkh;oari ITS DONE! finally D:After 5 and half days of working on it!... I don't like it <.<;
I had to cut half the original picture because i messed it up then saved it D:
Then I had to finish the picture with the mouse, hint why the vectors'(the little thingys behind her) hands look messed up, dang not being able to get tablet D< .__. and the one on her shoulder, couldn't fix that because, well, I saved it and it was on another layer so I couldn't blend it with the rest of the picture; without messing up the shoulder itself, so, boo hoo cry me a river, no complaints <<;
Woo Elfen lied! anyone ever seen that? o.o if not, this is going to be a very wierd picture for you <<

I agree!! I always loved her character, it was like, a one time only character. You don't see any other characters like Lucy anymore XD Gah I always wanted to draw more pictures of her, but this was the only one that ever turned out for me.. XD

Indeed Lucy is... she is quite possibly the most well thoughtout and written character with the best written ((although horrible for her)) past in all of anime or quite possibly all of exsistance

I know! I totally wish I could meet the guy who wrote her past up, and like, pat him on the back or something. XD and yeah, her past was kinda sad. D: but I think that was what made her character as awesome as she was. xD
