I had lots of fun on this guy. Colors are easy for me to do, and I was in good mood. (That's why he was so happy!) I like character lots, but the spot things on him I screwed up on. I still have major fandom of original art.^^ Yeah, about the tail, btw, I keep going overboard on them. I know, wolfie tails aren't that long, but I can't help it!!! It's like an addiction.

i didn't realize he was a wolf when i saw the thumbnail! XD i thought it was a cheetah at first because of the markings on his face.
i absolutely love it though! doesn't matter if his tail's too long. it can be a new species. ^_^

i dunno, i think it looks cute. i actually have trouble drawing cat muzzles now because i draw wolves so often now. i always make them too long. XD

I like the colors too. They are fun to use. And this is an example of Colorsoft look, a bit more creamy.^^

Prismas are hard for me to use. Prismas have more of a oily texture than colorsoft. Think like cream compared to chalk. It's like that.^^

I just don't like how waxy Prismas are, and believe me, they DO NOT blend well with Derwents, so I don't recommend you try.

they are harder for me to control because the color application is so dense. i heard that they blend well with Crayola. but i do use a white prisma to blend in derwents. it makes the color more intense and look like paint!

I tried to do that today but it looks pretty grainy now. I dislike that beyond belief. I hate when pics get all creamy and mushy, but I do like a little grainyness, just not too much.

oh that sucks. yeah but that is they way i blend most of my colors. but the paper doesnt get too "mushy" but we all have our preferences. and soemtimes i take a break from blending white, as you said some grainyness and bright colors are good!

Unfourtunatly, it's really hard to control where the grain and the blend ends up. I tend to get the grain where I want it least instead of most.

the paper that i use (special paper) is grainy. so yeah i cant help it either.
