Another attempt at getting this one completed the way I want it.I think I have learned quite a bit sense my last attempt...
The galaxy background was created with several stock images from Pexels as well as my own creations done in ParticleShop. The rest of the image is from my own photos accept for a couple flames that I got from Pixabay. I used Mainly Gimp for this but also done a little work in PaintshopPro, Nik Color Effects, and ParticleShop.
I am still not completely satisfied with it, but this is as far as I can go with what I know right now. I think it is a great improvement over the last attempt.

This piece speaks volumes to me. I have GAD (I don't want to say I'm suffering, I would like to say I'm battling), and this represents very well what it feels like.

It's a neat idea.Β Really intense.Β The most impressive thing is how she really looks like she's sitting on the rock which is just a backdrop.Β That must have been tricky which is why I rarely try it.Β When I plan to add fire in post I usually add some orange lighting from underneath in the 3D render to reflect the fire lighting.Β For the photo you could duplicate it and paint in some orange just where you want it.Β That requires a lot of trial error and patience.Β Are you sure you want to use so many contrasting bright colors?Β I usually avoid it because things rarely turn out well just because there are too many competing elements.Β I'm not the best at color matching but I can tell when something is working or not.
