This makes me tear up just looking at it. That's a great looking cat. Can't understand why people just get them & then leave them. That's insane. Well...unless they started out as strays to begin with.
We have a strays at our house. One begs more for love than for food. We do the best we can, but the pound wont come out for cats & when we've carried them, they just end up putting them down. We also have a stray that showed up at our in-laws. She's dropped 4 kittens now. They feed the cats, but nobody wants them. We do have somebody that wants one of the kittens, but the rest dodge us & hiss at us. One also thinks it's a dog.
I wish the cat fairy was around to take care of them. We did have a local self appointed "Pet fairy," but she's slightly unhinged & the nice police finally took her someplace special.
