Since the good Doctor is both a mutant and an Alien he's got a lot of cube time pending.

Is he a mutant? His different physiology is due to his being alien, rather than any mutation. But you're right in that he is the sort of person who will attract cube-time like a really powerful magnet. (The more I think about this, the more I realise that if you were to do a Dredd/Who crossover, then it'd be about The Doctor getting someone to safety, rather than trying to overthrow Justice Department...)

man , I love this illustration. Judge Dredd looks good, but your Troughton is dead on! And this would promise to be an exciting story. the Doctor knows how to handle strict by the book types and still get things done. Not saying it would be all chummy, but ..you get me, right?

Thank you. I get you, I think this is one crossover that would not end well for either party. Even in fighting a common enemy (and now I want to see Judges fighting Daleks...), Troughton's Doctor would have great difficulty in working with the Justice Department. (Pertwee would be the most likely to team up with Dredd, begrudgingly...)

Sorry, I'm more familiar with Dredd than the Doctor. Dredd would not handle a situation like this well. I mean he is the law, so he would take it very personal. I don't see a confrontation like this ending peacefully. I could be wrong though. Anyway it is a great pairing to say the least

This will not end well. Dear Judge Dredd...you may want to adapt your helmet so it less resembles the head-gear of a Cyberman. The Second Doctor has reacted very badly to Cybermen in the past. All 8 times.
