Birds have that effect on people. My new bird Sky is still very wild. She has a long way to go before she can be labled "tame." But she is so cute sometimes I just find it horribly difficult to not take her and play with her even though I know she will bite.

There was a sign posted that it was a fledgling but perhaps as the bird got older they forgot to take it down? Looked like a young bird to me, with the baby feathers.

Could have possibly been a fledgling, but the coloring looks more like an adult.
