Revamp suggestion for
He's green because I based him off of the Sesame Street muppet - Sherlock Hemlock.
Improve suggestions welcome.

Nice, Couple of suggestions if you don't mind, I think the smoke could be slowed down a little bit, and the amount of time in which he keeps the glass in front of his eye might benefit form a shortening

Ok, just shortened the 'glass-time'. I tried the bubbles change but, found the original better. But, the glass thing worked out well. Thanks for that!

The Timing looks much better now, and the bubbles are pretty good too, now that I know what they are

Quite good. Hat looks bit like wizard's hat. You could try rounder top for hat. Hat looks also bit flat, it could have shading too like in green emote guy.

I'll give it a shot. Only thing is I have to choose between the plaid hat, and half decent shading. I'll see which looks better. Thanks for your input!

The hat looks great.
When the magnifying glass is over the eye, there's one pixel in the top right that needs removing. And perhaps making the magnifying glass handle one pixel shorter would improve things too. Those are a few ideas I had.

Well, I fixed the eye(good spot!) and the handle, also tried better shading like you guys suggested.
The pipe is so small that I couldn't do much, and if I added a pixel here and there, the whole shape got spoilt.

I've never been a big fan of the Sherlock Holmes emoticon, mostly because it makes him look like he's wearing his hat sideways, as the flaps are supposed to be in front and back, not on the sides.
That being said, this is a definite improvement. I'm not sure I'm a big fan of your shading, but that -- and the pre-established hat issue -- is my only real beef with this.

Hmmm, I'll try shading it better. The part where it gets lighter ended up getting covered by the hat.
And about the hat, I'm not sure I get you. Heh, I actually googled for it, and it's called a "deerstalker's cap" and I tried to make it as accurate as possible. The side flaps in the actual cap can be folded up and buttoned at the top so it looks like there are only "flaps" in the front and back, but that's the actual cap. I tried it with the side flaps folded but, it didn't work for me. So, I went back to the original, side flaps down look.
