This is 'Princess' Aran, from HeartGear 's concept (System Of Entertainment) snatched by some koopalings.
This isn't exactly/specifically what was wanted, since I took the liberty of using some of my favorites: the elite koopalings known as the infamous Koopa Bros., from the all time classic Paper Mario!
