Description
Ummm, I forgot when I made this, but it was back in my last rush of bilaterals. I rendered this, then completely forgot I had it, and thus, completely forgot to POST it.So now it's all carefully blurworked where some jaggies were (it was very easy to deal with those, surprisingly...last one was a pain in the posterior to de-jag...) and postworked with a little color tweaking here and there as well as the title and framing.
Apophysis 2.02i and Photoshop 7.0 for postwork. Used a tweaked spiralize script and then Make Bilateral...and then a lot of triangle putzing afterwards to push it to its final appearance. (No straight-from-random-batch renders here.
Enjoy.
Anote to anyone wondering if I'll FINALLY get off my rear and do prints: When I hit the next level in my Apo-work, then I'll have something marketworthy. Hang in there guys.

Very cool, looks three-dimensional, kinda sculpturish.

Thanks. You might want to check out some of the fractals I did around the same time in my gallery--PRISM I think is another of these, along with ANGELIC, and some others.

Hope you don't mind, I have used this image as a preview to one of my chapters I'm writing of a sci-fi novel. Let me know if it's a problem. thanx [link]

Not a problem at all since you credited me with the artwork.
And it really does fit the chapter, so...no worries.

I really like the colors you've used for this piece; blues and purples. It has a lot of energy and movement, like an angel in flight...it still retains that beautiful prism quality.

Thanks.
I'm a sucker for "beautiful prism quality" so when I see it working in a fractal, I'll just use it.
Glad you liked how it came together.

Same.
I'm a sucker for it, and I'm sure you've seen me say that before....lol.

Hahaha, okay I set myself up for that one.
But hey, it turned out cool so.
Thanks.

Thank you. Glad you liked the colors. I wanted something prismatic and yet different from my usual prismatic stuff. Warmer colors, for one thing.
