Here the process of digital coloring of my second Ariel's sketch.I scanned my sketch, then in photoshop with many, many, many, levels have virtually inked and then colored the image.
For the background I used various brushes and airbrush on photoshop, trying to recreate the same colors and the same clouds in the original film.

Dude, this is seriously cool. I love seeing the evolution of drawings, from sketch to full colour. Besides being cool simply because it's Ariel, I feel your choice of pose and facial expression gets her passionate side across very nicely. Very well done.
