Here we go!! My take on the girls!! Some lil notes for things for em in order from left to right

Twilight Sparkle
- She's got a bit of a know it all attitude due to being Queen Celestia's favored magic student
- Her older brother Shining Armor has been guard for as long as she's been a student
- Horrible habit of staying up until sunrise studying and heavy bouts of isolation
- Spike was not thrusted onto her as a child but rather when she became a young adult

Pinkiemania Rose Quartz Piebald
- You read that right Pinkie Mania Rose Quartz Piebald, Pinkie for short
- Used to own a Rock Python but it got displaced on one of her childhood adventures
- Shortest but the absolute loudest, poor volume control after years of living with rock tumblers
- Her 'Pinkie senses' seem to be a lot more in tuned than she lets on

Fluttershy
- For a quiet pegasus, she's really good of keeping all sorts of animals in line
- Maybe that's how she got Discord and Tree Hugger to meet on better terms
- Really great hearing! Too bad she's only a tad light sensitive, spending most her time outside makes walking into a dark interior fine but dark to light hurts her head.

Rarity Diamonds
- Just call her Rarity, her lastname is just that
- A horrible hopeless romantic
- Legal guardian to Sweetie Bloom
- Wants to live off in Manehatten and run with the big dogs but she's got a lil sister and friends to look after
- Gentle with children but cut throat with competition

Applejack
- Her favorite season is Autumn/Harvest season, its pretty and usually preceded by the best crops that summer
- Doesn't have time to keep her hair all together, at least its up
- Loves a good strength challenge no matter if she wins or loses, it's all for the fun
- Will overwork herself if someone doesn't help her break that habit

Rainbow Dash
- An absolute menace to her fellow wonderbolts, teasing and racing them whenever she can
- Her curls don't often show if she's been flying unless it gets wet, thank those storm clouds
- Retained half guardianship of Scootaloo after finding out about her family situation
- Loves to teach fillies and foals how to fly on the side when she can
