What makes this photograph interesting is the fact that I can't initially tell what it is, even though it seems familiar. I did figure out that I was looking at a ceiling, but the perspective is great! It makes me focus more on the shape than the subject.

Thanks for the comment appreciate your view on this. There is in fact quite a gap between the darker lower part of the ceiling, and then the white part at the top, between them are a row of windows that run the length of the entrance hall to the Library Building. I believe the dotted holes you see in the white area are the air con holes!
